Using Eel Share

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 27, 2026

By using Eel Share, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate account, vehicle, and station information.

What the service does

Eel Share coordinates access to shared electric-vehicle charging spots. It does not own, operate, monitor, or control charging hardware, guarantee that a spot will remain available, process charging payments, or guarantee compatibility with a vehicle.

Your responsibilities

Users are responsible for following each property's rules, using charging equipment safely, and ending an in-app session when leaving a spot. Administrators are responsible for the stations, invitations, memberships, and access decisions they manage.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict or terminate accounts used abusively or unlawfully.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for charging-hardware failures, unavailable parking, property disputes, vehicle damage, indirect loss, or reliance on stale or incorrect availability information.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
