Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Eel Share account directly from the mobile app.
Delete inside the app
- Open Eel Share and sign in.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.
This removes your profile, vehicles, uploaded photos, station memberships, notification requests, and charging-session history, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
You must stop any active charging session first. If you are the only administrator of a station, add another administrator or delete the station before deleting your account.
If you cannot access the app
Email saiankithramayanam@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject Delete my Eel Share account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
